Xiaomi Surpasses Huawei to Become Third-Biggest Smartphone Maker in February
A new report from market place enquiry firm Strategy Analytics (via Sina Tech) reveals that Xiaomi has surpassed Huawei for the first time to emerge as the superlative-tertiary smartphone brand in the month of February in terms of global smartphone sales.
The written report credits Xiaomi'south online-centric smartphone sales for making this possible. According to the study, Huawei shipped 5.5 meg smartphones in February whereas Xiaomi shipped 6 one thousand thousand devices during the same menses.
